Welcome

You may be considering therapy for a number of reasons. Perhaps you have a sense that something is missing in your life or that you are just not quite living the whole hearted full life you expected for yourself. Now might be the time to start fully exploring and opening up to all that your life could be.

Many of my clients are seeking to make changes in their lives. The change you are facing might be planned or unplanned but either way the tools and techniques which will smooth the transition for you have improved dramatically in recent years. We now know that you can make enduring changes to your experience of the world you live in by practising techniques which change your habits of thinking and behaving in ways directed by you alone. Of course this means that in order for these techniques to work you have to know what you would like to change in your life as a starting point, and be open to engaging with me in working towards a different way of experiencing your life.

You may have chosen to address unhappy memories, fears or phobias, cravings or limiting relationships with food, alcohol or smoking. Perhaps you want to make different choices for your career, lifestyle, relationships with family and friends and find yourself ‘stuck’ in your ability to do so.

Or change may have found you in the form of major career changes, parenthood, bereavement, redundancy or health challenges. Either way, I will coach, mentor and provide therapeutic interventions guiding you gently and non judgmentally towards the life you deserve to live.
