You may be considering making an appointment with me for a number of reasons.

Many of my clients are seeking to make changes and improvements in their lives. Some are experiencing a great deal of physical and/or emotional difficulty and simply looking for safe, effective and natural ways to live their lives free of pain. Others have been recommended by their GP or other clinician who might have suggested trying yoga to relieve symptoms. The combination of yoga therapy and therapeutic hypnotherapy has been shown to be a particularly effective method for relieving and managing pain in relation to all sorts of conditions.

My particular areas of expertise are in relieving the symptoms of, and supporting those with depression, anxiety, stress, chronic pain and debilitating conditions such as CF and ME.

As a fully registered  yoga therapist (500hr Minded Institute) I am also a trained and accredited as a hypnotherapist, NLP and EFT practitioner.  I am  accredited by and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

The CNHC was established to regulate complementary practitioners and the CNHC register enhances public safety by giving the general public access to a list of practitioners that have been assessed as meeting national standards of competence and practice. The CNHC is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority which is a body set up to safeguard and assure the public that my professional body adheres to statutory requirements.
